Before joining Bacombe, Frederic was an investment manager at an private equity firm focusing on German SMEs. In addition to the acquisition of new portfolio companies, Frederic was primarily responsible for the further development and management of existing investments. Frederic developed his skills for the investment business during his time in consulting, where he was able to build up expertise in the areas of business model development, restructuring and improving the performance of companies in addition to the operational implementation of strategic projects.
Frederic has also successfully founded companies himself and accompanied them to independence. Today, he supports them in their further development as a member of the supervisory board.
